Add a credit or Visa Debit card to complete your purchase....

Hi everyone!

I have a Business account of Paypal linked with my verified debit card, and I use it mainly for online purchases. I just made a purchase $40 on eBay yesterday. But today when I make a purchase $800 for an iphone on eBay, it cant work well and ask me "Please add a credit or Visa Debit card to complete your purchase." all the time. 

So what a deal?

I do attach photos of my Paypal account statement.

PHONEs are high risk item,add a credit card or bank debit card  like Paypal stated

If as you say you have a linked debit card and not just a bank account? then I would give customer services a call and see what the problem is.
