Add Money button

Dear Everyone, Why doesn't the add money button appear on my account balance? There is only the transfer funds button there. Will the button appear after $ 1.95 is returned?

The ability to add money is not available for some countries.

It has nothing to do with the $1.95 temporary charge refund which takes up to 30 days to be credited back to the card.

Once you have successfully confirmed your card, you can use your linked card to pay with.

Thank you for your answers and help. I cannot make payment by card. The card was added successfully, but I was kept on the checkout page and was unable to make a transaction.
