I've added two authorized users to my Paypal Business account and given them permissions to withdraw funds as necessary. Can they withdraw said funds to THEIR personal bank accounts? As in, accounts that aren't in my name?
In order for that to happen, they would have to have their bank accounts linked and confirmed to your PayPal Business Account - that's probably not going to happen because the name on the bank account has to match the name of the PayPal owner's account.
