I have a problem. I did a payment on eBay. And everything was ok. 3 days after I received a notification of the same payment and then 3 days after that I received another notification of the same payment. I asked the seller if he was still charging me for the item. He said no. There is not record in PayPal or my account of the movement but in my balance it is shown. What can I do??
