I'm sorry to hear that there's an error when you try to confirm your bank account. Please first try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and restart it. If you do this and the error persists afterward, please contact customer service by phone for real-time troubleshooting. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in to get the number to call.
