Our account was limited waiting for identity confirmation. It all went well until I needed to confirm the card. The card is correctly linked but there is no confirmation link. Everything was done as asked, but when I click on the linked card there is no link to ask for confirmation.
While the help page says that "If you don’t see this link, you can begin using your card right away.", the account is still limited and I am asked to confirm the card.

The problem was not that I didn't find the code, but there was no place to enter it. When I click on the card it just opens without any hit to confirmation.
Eventually I wrote to support and they are working on it.
