Hello I am unable to transfer funds from our PayPal account to our current account.  What additional access information do I need to supply to allow us gain the relevant level of access to transfer funds to pay bills.

Hi @ppihf2019,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to withdraw funds at this time.happen for a few reasons and would require some real-time troubleshooting to pinpoint the issue and work to resolve it. Please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in to get the number to call.
