Account Issue

I'm having a problem with my account, when I go to transfer funds it says there's an issue. But there's no specific notification if it's an limitation on my account or anything. I tried calling PayPal they said it's about limitation and they said I have provided the right documents but still nothing happen after 3-5 days now!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
