Account Balance not updated

Hi,

 

Today, around 2pm,  I added funds to my Paypal account and I have not received it yet. After waiting, half an hour ago, I decided to add funds again (just because I needed to finish my online purchase) and the account balance was updated with the increment of this final value but, for now, the initial value is missing. I already confirmed the data used to finish the transfer (paypal account reference and so on) and they are the same, plus, my bank account checks that the operation took place, not to mention that the corresponding money was subtracted - both the initial fund that was added (which the value was never added to my paypal account) and the final that caused no problem and was used to finish my purchase.

 

I do have the bank transaction document that does mention the paypal transfer reference, value, data + hour of the operation, et cetera.
