Accidentally put my card number instead of my bank account number.

CAN I STILL GET MY MONEY BACK AND HOW IS THE METHOD TO GET IT BACK , I ALREADY REPORTED IT TO THE PAYPAL

You didn't indicate what country you're from but some for some countries, PayPal allows you to withdraw to card.

Check this page and select your country:

If transfer is marked complete, the clock starts til when your bank posts the funds in your account.

But i inputted my debit card number instead of inputting my bank's account number 
so i can still get  the money back cause it use for emergency purposes

And i did not remove the Link bank account with the Debit card number inputted , and i linked a new bank account which is same name and the correct bank account number ...
