Accidentally marked an item as shipped on the invoice when it's just a Graphic Design service

Hi!

I got confused with the invoice since it's my first time using PayPal business so I accidentally marked the item as a tangible item and added shipping stuff. Now my payment is on hold. Please help me! It's just supposed to be graphic design services that I get paid by the hour.

Also, does PayPal have social media that I can talk to 24/7? I live in the Philippines and calling the hotline is too costly for me.

Go on the payment transaction (not the invoice) and click Edit Tracking Info and see if you can switch it to "Order Processed".

You might have to wait until PayPal releases funds in 21 days since you are a new seller.

But ask if sender can confirm receipt to release funds (note this option may not be available in all countries):

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.

2. Find and click the original payment for the item or service.

3. Click Confirm Receipt.

4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
