Hey, my problem is really simple. When I created my account I forgot to change my country of residence and it is now set to the USA. I live in Norway, and now I cannot withdraw my money to my bank account. Anyone that knows how I can solve this?
You will need to refund payments received back to the senders and request payments be sent again when you open a Norway PayPal account while in Norway. After refunding the payments make sure to close the US PayPal account. You will want to immediately close the US account.
