I have a British PayPal account, but no bank account in the UK. How can I access my balance? This is a business account, and I have tried to send the money to my other standard PayPal account but the system only lets me use my credit cards and not my balance. What can I do?
Do you have a debit card at all you can withdraw to?
If not then do this......
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
Then try using the family/friends option to send to a family member or mate?
