So I’m fairly new to PayPal, but I know that I don’t need to upgrade my account in order to keep money sent to my PayPal in the PayPal wallet. My account is all the way verified to the T, I even called customer support a total of three yes three times in order to get this resolved and it still isn’t resolved. My account is mainly a personal account, so I shouldn’t have these problems?? When I’m sent money and go to accept it takes me to either transferring it to my bank or keep it PayPal and to set up a cash plus account..why? I don’t understand and no one is able to give me an answer..it won’t lemme accept the money sent to my account other than those two options. I know nothing besides the basics..help.. I’m also unable to see my PayPal balance which I’ve looked up and noticed that I guess for personal accounts like mine we don’t really need one??? I don’t know HELP PLEASE
