I had to transfer funds from one country's paypal to another, as I have recently moved back to the US. I have the money "waiting" for me in my new account, but it won't let me accept the money without inputting my birthdate, last 4 digits of SSN, and my address. I am putting in the same address that I have as my billing address, but it keeps putting a red exclamation point and triangle where the street address and city are. I am unsure how to proceed as I need this money.
