Hello I'm a new user and anytime i try to transfer money from PayPal account to my Visa card it's tells me sorry your request can't be processed... So I went feather to read more and they said payment for new users will be held and transferred directly into their visa card or bank account every first day of the month .... But I wanna know how long will PayPal continue with this 30days of unbeing able to transfer money for new users
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
