Why I can't add my debit card on paypal account? It's saying (right now we can't register you debit card try later). Fix that pleas!!

Hi Gaming_boi and welcome, 

There are a number of different reasons why a card can be declined when you are adding it to your PayPal account. If your card has previously been added to 2 different PayPal accounts the past, it cannot be added to a third. If you entered an incorrect billing address your card issuer will not accept this and will decline the option to add it.  Also if you linked your card to your PayPal account, but entered the card security code (CSC) incorrectly 3 times your card issuer will issue us with a decline message. You will also need a small balance on your account in order for the card to be verified when it is being added.
