So I have a negative balance that I want to pay off, can't yet. I have messaged paypal to find out if they have sent this toa debt collector but they tell me to call a number, I don't have a working phone at the moment I tell them and no reply.
I just want to know If they sent it to ARL debt collector or if the email I got was is a scam and if I should proceed to working it out with ARL.
And also if ipay it thru ARL does it come off my balance here or how does it work, anyone had a similar situation?
