Hey power had a breach in their system where they withdrew money illegally from my account and now I’m having trouble getting my money back to my caRd they act as if the money belongs to them

I am less than pleased with your turning us over to Synchrony Bank.  The letter I received from them said my interest rate is going to be about 25%.  If this is the case, I will no longer be using PayPal Credit.
