Hi I've been sent x 2 four digit codes on my bank account details. However I have tried both of them and they don't work!!! This is very frustrating, why charge the card twice and deny the process to complete.? Can PayPal sort this issue out it seems to happen a lot, surely by now this should not be problematic!
