4 DIGITS CODE NOT RECEIVED

Hey i tried to verify my credit card i was charged 200Y but i didn't get a 4 digits code, the name of the payment was like this V217834 200Y 

i also tried to get another code and the same thing happened again i got charged for 200yen and the code wasn't a 4 digits code
 please help me
