On June 16th I've made an instant withdrawal to my bank account (US bank).
The transaction was marked as "Complete" in PayPal. The customer support person from PayPal confirmed that the transfer was successful.
Today is July 7th - the money didn't arrive ... More than 3 weeks passed - no money!
The bank representative studied this question in details - no pending transactions from PayPal. This is definitely something on the side of PayPal: software issue, routing issue, maybe just a small fraud etc.
What should I do in this situation?
