24 hour hold

Hi, I got an email I withdrew £260 from my PayPal account I received an email stating it could take upto 72 hours I called and spoke to a supervisor they informed me it was on a 24hour hold which I would receive tonight. Has anyone had this and did they receive the payment when they was advised as I've been told by 2 people it was 24 hours then by another it is 72 hours. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

Yeah I'm aware of that still didn't answer my question I've had an email stating it will be in my account tonight. Now is this correct or is it not.
