21-day money on hold

Dear friends,

Please help:

I organize tours and sell tour program. In the conventional way, we need to receive full payment before reserving services. Since I am new to Paypal, the money will not arrive into my account for another 21 days to go. 

As I go on reading about how to make this time shorter, one of the writers says "1. If your buyer leaves feedback (pos) then funds are normally released within 48 hours of that feedback being left."

How can I tell my buyer to leave feedback now, please?

Welcome to the Community!  Regrettably, some customer's may not want to leave the positive feedback until after the tour.  For this situation, I would suggest you contact us to provide additional details.  To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.  I hope this helps.
