The payment was for virtual artwork no shipping required. Today is day 21 and funds still on hold.

Update the transaction status (click add tracking info link within transaction details) to Completed or Processed and then after 48 hours ask buyer to confirm receipt on their end of the PayPal transaction.

Tried to update tracking, but an error on Paypal side.
