$2,000 Transfer to Bank Lost

Ok, so I transferred $2,000 to my bank account on file with PayPal on June 30 and I still have not received payment. I have talked to my bank and to paypal and they both tell me to contact the other. What are my options here. I have $2,000 just floating out there and no one seems to know where it is at.

Sorry but if your bank and paypal customer services are not helping you then I am not sure how we are supposed to know what options you have 

All you can do is wait 14 days and if it does not bounce back to your paypal balance then contact customer services for a trace.
