14 day hold

I sent a payment to a friend and there’s a 14 day hold on his end. Why? He needs it now. Did I do something wrong ?

Sometimes it does have to do with browser we recommend you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer if you experience the same situation with your current browser. You may want to check, how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly follow the below steps:

Here's how to confirm you've received an item:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.
