whats wrong with PAYPAL? just want to get my money. just want a check cut and sent to me

I'VE HAD CHECKS CUT AND MAILED TO ME FOR BALANCES BEFORE.  WENT PRETTY SEAMLESS.   I COULD DO IT ALL ONLINE WITH NO ASSISTANCE

THEYEVE BECOME REALLY USELESS TO ME.   AND OF COURSE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE. NO PERSON

I'm having the same problem. The 'send a check' link doesn't work. Customer service is a joke--all they do is send you directions for the broken link. I don't think they even read the request. I've spent literally hours on this and I'm furious.

If you get your check some other way, please let me know.
