paypal key transactions getting declined

Same transactions worked few days back. Today is getting declined consistently. Credit Card Provider informed no issue at their end, wonder what is going on?

Same here! it only seems to work on sites like Amazon.

now its not even working on amazon like it did once or twice....i dont think they accept paypal and are sniffing out thats what this is...
