i dont understand why paypal dont want give me money is on hold since septembre 2018 i contacted so many times paypal customers service they dont answer my email hope someone help me for this problem

What sort of payment hold has been applied on your account? It is odd that we would hold a payment on your account from September 2018. Is your PayPal account permanently limited and this is why the funds are on hold?
