why is there an instant money transfer fee of 1% from my paypal cash card to my venmo card, they are the same card and under the same company? I can understand instant money transfer fee from paypal to outside debit another bank.. but i believe there really shouldn't be any fee between PayPal cash card and Venmo card.. that should be a free instant transfer between them.
