Hi, I accidentally transferred $930 NZ into my closed bank account bank on August 2nd and my bank has shown the money they reversed the payment. Paypal is taking no responsibility, any suggestions, please? The NZPaypal Westpac bank has confirmed that it does belong to Paypal and my bank showed the money going into this account, i even made a $10payment into this account which was accepted? grrrrrr
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
