I recently sold a watch on ebay. The buyer has messaged me on ebay to say the item was delivered and they are very happy however the tracking has not been updated simply says "no answer at the address". I have contacted royal mail who say there is nothing they can do as they would need the item in there hand to update the tracking number. How am I going to get the funds released?
If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. If not then sadly its 21 days.
