confirming my card?

Having a bit of trouble understanding how I go about confirming my card. 
For some reason now I'm being told my cards got a limit on - I'm sure this is legit but I'm not following what it is I'm supposed to be doing?

I'm waiting for a code but this code doesn't seem to be anywhere?
Pretty sure I've paid £1 for this to happen, but I'm yet still waiting for some code?

can somebody PLEASE help me with this!?
