cannot link my card

Every time im trying to link my card to my account the system show me this"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." i thought the problem from the bank , i contact the bank and they said there is no problem with your card,please contact the PayPal I send email to PayPal but no one send me a feedback or response.

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

 

This error normally means your bank have not approved the request to add the card, however I recommend calling our customer service to confirm this.

I have the same issue. The bank checked their side and confirmed that the card is active, but there are no requests from PayPal on their host.
