can't transfer money from my paypal account to master card

hello everyone

im from Morocco and i just verified my paypal account with my international MasterCard

but the problem that when i click 'transfer' they ask me to add an american bank account, and im from Morocco so i dont have an American one

how can i transfer my money to my Master Card or just get money out of my paypal

Unfortunately, withdrawals to Mastercard are not available in Morocco.
