My card was linked to about 5 different accounts and when I was trying to link it to another account, it told me that it was linked to another paypal account. So I went and removed the card from the other accounts and tried to add it to the new account, only for it to tell me that the card was still linked to another account, despite me removing the card from all of the another accounts, so now I can't link my card to any paypal accounts. How do I fix this?
The only thing of note I that happened recently (about 2 weeks ago) was I redeemed and free 14 day trial on Crunchyroll and despite me cancelling the billing cycle, it went through so I went and removed the card from the other Paypal account I had it linked to and shut down the account so I couldn't be charged
