Withdrawl using alinma bank visa debit card KSA

I withdrawaled money from PayPal using VISA debit issued by alinma bank KSA.

The Email said the money reached the bank and gave me a transaction id. An also stated it will appear in 30 min regularly.

after 12 hours nothing appeared in my bank account.

What should I do?

I'm having the same issue I posted it on here too but these "helpers" on here just read it and move on to the next post so I don't know what to do
