Withdrawing money in USD instead of my local currency

I linked a bank account into my PayPal account. The bank account currency is USD.

When I'm trying to withdraw USD from my PayPal account into the bank account that I just linked, the amount of money is converted into EUR. How can I stop this from happening and transfer USD into my USD bank account?

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency.

I know that when you make a transfer to the local bank, the conversion is done automatically (which is not EUR).

However, I opened a USD bank and the conversion is done to EUR, which is not the local currency. 

What can I do to no longer have this conversion to EUR and have USD transferred to the USD bank account?
