I am trying to withdraw monies from my account but neither my debit card details nor my bank account details show up as options to use for the withdrawal destination. The account details are definitely there so it seems to be telling me that my bank account does not accept withdrawals. This is very odd as I have previously made a withdrawal only a few weeks ago using the same details. I cannot work out how I can make this withdrawal or why the bank account cannot be used for withdrawals whereas a few weeks ago it could be.
