My PayPal account isn't allowing me to withdraw my money. I've sent a message no reply. Tried to call and they said we can not deal with this query over the phone. Really frustrated. In the UK withdrew money yesterday and it declined first then asked me to verify my account again and set up further security, update details etc which I did and then it worked so don't understand why it's not working.. again.
