Hello please i need your help my account was terminated and I was having funds in the account so I have to wait for 180 days to withdraw my funds , now the card that is link to the account isn't working again so my bank have issued a new card to me how can i link to new card to the account so I will be able to withdraw to the bank because all efforts to link the card is not working, counting on your faithful help
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
