I wanted to receive some payments from UK so I registered on Paypal, Paypal asked me to upgrade to an business account in order to receive overseas payment. I upgraded to a Business account and received a payment, now when I went to transfer the funds from paypal balance to my bank account it is showing me that my bank account is current and which is automatic and I am unable to change it to saving. Now the only solution to the funds is to downgrade it to a personal account and then choose saving account to transfer my funds. So my question is that will I loose my funds if i downgrade my account to personal account ?
A bank reflecting as a checking, instead of savings will not cause any issues. You can use it the same as if it stated it was a savings account. There are no fees or financial loss when upgrading or downgrading an account.
