Why cant i withdraw my money using a credit card?

You should be able to in your country.

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code?

Is it a card issued in your country?

Is it a card paypal accept ie not a virtual one like payoneer?

Does the name and billing address of the card match the name and address on your paypal account?

Does the card have available funds on it?

What error message do you get?

Have you added that card at least twice to another paypal account in the past?

Is the card linked to a previous account already?

yes it is a mastercard 

when i press on the withdraw on the summary page

it only gives me the option to elect a bank account 

i cant choose the credit card that i elected
