I am selling a patio furniture set locally and customer wanted to pay via PayPal.... but PayPal wants me to upload tracking information? She has already paid but obviously it is a purchase protection eligible.... couldn’t she then “claim” she never received item? And get her Money back even though I am personally delivering it to her house?
