I can't link to my active visa.

I have the exact same problem. My credit card is working properly (I just successfully bought an item from eBay), but I am just reciving the same error:

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.

I have been trying for a week now, it doesn't work "Please try agen later." This is very frustrating... I am hoping someone can help us both with this.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty using a card on your PayPal account. A couple of things to check are to make sure that your name and address on your card issuer's records and your name and address on PayPal match exactly. If they do, please reach out to customer service for further troubleshooting.
