I linked my Paypal account to a Visa card, got it verified and after contacting the Help Center, I was also told my card was activated for automatic withdrawals to my Visa card every first of the month. That was in the last week of Feb. However, come 1st of March, I received an email saying the automatic transfer failed, I could not use my card anymore and I have to link my account to another card or US Bank Acc(which I don't have) by 29 March or else all payments I receive won't reflect in my Paypal Wallet after that date (29 Mar) until I link my account to another card or account. Why and how did this happen? I've paid using Paypal in the past before and received payments to my paypal account. As well as the refund one gets after card verification to my Visa card.
