Unable to transfer money to my bank card

Dear Customer Support team, I was unable to transfer EUR 120 from my PayPal account to my bank card, although my bank card has been verified. There is a limit per transfer, I can only transfer no more than EUR 40 at a time and have to split my transfer amount into parts and have to pay a transfer fee per each transfer. I have used another bank card from the same bank before (which has expired, therefore, I had to link another bank card from the same bank) and I haven't had such problems with my previous bank card. Please would you be able to check if my card has been verified or let me know what could be a reason for this problem? P.S. The following message appears whenever I try to transfer EUR 120: "There’s a problem
Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank."
