Unable to process payment

My bank account direct deposit is set up, the amount I want to add to my Papal is available. I updated my confirmation of identity via service Canada tax information just a few minutes ago... Do I have to wait for my identity to be confirmed in order for my payment to be processed? Do I have to worry about interest charges while my identity is being confirmed???

Thanks for reaching out, that's a great question! If you're looking to add funds into your PayPal account, your identity does need to be confirmed. You should be able to check the status of your confirmation in your Resolution Center. If you're running into any issues confirming your information, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support.
