I cannot send money to my personal debit card or bank account. I have tried either method and both of them get me to the same error message at the end that states "The transaction cannot be processed at this time, Please try again later". I've waited a few days and still nothing.
Absolutely having the same problem. I’m really not sure how I feel about PayPal as a banking institution I am willing to stick with at this point. 1 month of trying them out and it’s been one thing after another.
